Plan the hosting, not just the questions.

The host or buyer

  • For training or a sales kickoff, prepare checked product or process questions and use reveals to discuss answers.
  • Set a time budget that includes a practice round. For a short slot, reduce the round count rather than rushing instructions.
  • Check the host account, purchase and participant requirements on the game site. The organizer’s access is separate from how participants join.

The participants

  • Make participation optional and offer an observer or scorekeeping role. Avoid personal disclosures and specialist topics unless expected.
  • For a large group, organize teams and rotate spokespeople. Confirm product limits before sending joining instructions.
