This Privacy Policy explains how Online Group Games collects, uses, and protects information when you use this website.
Information we collect
Online Group Games is a discovery site for browser-based group games, guides, templates, and question packs. We may collect information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, and message if you contact us. We may also receive basic technical information from hosting, analytics, security, and performance tools, such as pages visited, browser type, device information, referral source, approximate location, and timestamps.
How we use information
We use information to operate the site, respond to messages, improve our guides and recommendations, understand which pages are useful, prevent abuse, and maintain site security. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
Optional analytics stays off until you accept it in Analytics choices. If enabled and accepted, our first-party analytics records page paths, game-selection actions, tool preparation actions, and consented account and Game Pass conversions. We use random visitor and session identifiers, retain the first known source for 30 days, and start a new session after 30 minutes without activity. We store your analytics choice for 180 days. Google Analytics may also receive approved events when separately enabled, under Google’s policies. You can decline or withdraw consent using Analytics choices; withdrawal clears browser analytics identifiers and stops browser collection. Previously recorded events are not automatically erased.
Game Pass source measurement
If you accept optional analytics, we keep the first and most recent campaign parameters, referring domain, and landing page path in browser storage for 30 days, plus a random visit ID for the browser session. We then record OGG page views and Game Pass link clicks, and attach bounded source values to the Stripe Checkout session and resulting subscription or payment. Checkout starts, expirations, and Stripe-confirmed paid purchases are also recorded for billing and reporting. When signed in, these records may include your account ID; purchase records include the plan, currency, initial Checkout amount, and Stripe customer and session IDs. If analytics is declined or browser storage is unavailable, purchase accounting continues with an unknown source. We exclude email addresses from source values and do not store card details in these records.
External game sites
Online Group Games links to owned game sites and other resources. When you click an external game link, that destination may collect information under its own privacy policy. Review the privacy terms of the game site you visit.
Children and students
The site includes content that may be useful to teachers, parents, and youth leaders, but it is intended for adults who are selecting and hosting games. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Your choices
You can choose not to contact us, disable cookies in your browser, or use browser privacy tools. If you want to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided directly to us, contact us using the email below.
