Roster

Rounds

Up to 6 numeric columns in portrait or 12 in landscape, including bonus and penalty. Long names wrap at a legible print size.

Notes appear only in the separate host-notes document, never in the shared score sheet.

Free to prepare, copy, print and download. Inputs stay in this tab unless you explicitly save to your account. Closing or refreshing clears unsaved work.

2 · Review and use

Your preparation starts here

Prepare the grid, enter scores here, and print a legible sheet for the whole roster.

Prepare it for your group

Step 1

Name 1–40 entries and 1–12 rounds. Repeated names need an explicit keep-or-remove decision. Choose a winner rule and print layout.

Step 2

Prepare the grid, enter scores and apply edits. Blank cells are unentered, zero is a score, and bonuses minus penalties are included in totals.

Step 3

Print the score sheet or download CSV/HTML. Private host notes have a separate document and are absent from the shared score sheet.

A useful starting point

Two round scores of 0.10 and 0.20 total 0.30. A 0.50 penalty makes that total −0.20. Incomplete rows show a running subtotal, and no winner appears until every required score is filled.

What this tool supports

Portrait supports 6 numeric columns and landscape 12, including bonus and penalty. Scores accept nonnegative values up to 10,000 with two decimal places; totals may be negative. Names and labels wrap. Editing is in this OGG tab; downloads are static and no live collaboration is provided.

Choose what to play next

Use the sheet alongside your chosen game or a host-led printed activity. No names or scores are sent to another game website.

Your preparation, your choice
