Run the round
- Choose four pairs for a brief meeting opening or break. Present choices as preferences rather than a team policy vote.
- Read and display both options. People may speak, type, write, point to a labeled option, use a communication aid, or pass.
- Both, neither, or a third option is welcome when neither choice fits. Nobody needs to justify a preference.
- Allow thinking time and seated participation; do not require a camera, movement, or fast responses.
- Do not use responses to judge work performance, change working arrangements, or compare coworkers.
Scoring: No correct answers and no points. Do not reward the largest group or label one working preference better than another.
